Victor M Munoz Mentoring Program

The Florida Chapter of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) is excited to launch a Mentoring Program for prospective and current members. This program will be named in honor of Victor M Munoz (August 22, 1974 – January 11, 2024).  

Victor M Munoz was a key and integral driving force behind the creation and build out of the Florida AHRMM Board. Victor guided and mentored early members of the Florida AHRMM board and eventually joined the board himself to help with the structure and management of our committees. We are very thankful for Victor’s contributions to Florida AHRMM and would not be in a position to offer a mentoring program without him.

The Victor M Munoz Mentoring Program intends to match early and mid-career professionals with seasoned professionals to provide guidance, support and knowledge. A committee will select up to ten (10) mentoring matches in the inaugural class. FLAHRMM will provide a structured framework to facilitate the success of the mentoring match. The program will consist of a one-year commitment from both Mentor and Mentee.

FLARHMM is excited to launch this new program and believes in the power of mentorship. We believe the Victor M Munoz Mentoring Program will assist in career advancement, skill development, personal growth and professional networking within our current and future membership. Please complete the registration to be considered for the mentoring program.

The registration process includes the questionnaire that will help us pair mentors and mentees. The process:

• Mentor and Mentee applications through October 29, 2025
• Mentor and Mentee Pairing announced Nov 6th at Fall Conference hosted by Mayo Clinic
• January 2026 mentoring begins!

FLAHRMM will provide all the mentoring materials for you to enjoy a successful program all year long.
